Insights come bundled in modules, ranging from traffic evolitions over loyalty meaures to insights about your catchment area, the transport behaviour of your visitors, the orgin-destination flows and more. Every metric - big or small - is benchmarked with the competitors of your choice. National brands, regional heroes, category aggregates or local POIs - you decide how we benchmark results.
Metrics are calculated on a national level for our brand & category solution, but you can dive deeper on Nielsen areas, individual locations or even create groups with a selection of your stores such as all "city concept" stores or your "franchisee locations".
Because we understand you want to see how your business evolves, we get you started with 1 year of historic data so you get that "Year on Year" comparison.
Every day we update your Traffic insights module, prodiving near realtime insights in the evolution of your business. Other metrics such as average frequency are calculated on a monthly basis, quarterly and for a 3 month running period.
Because we don't want your team to be limited of using the insights we provide, we offer you an unlimited number of users. Invite your colleagues simply via their email and we get them started in no time.
We make it easy to get everyone informed, just when they need to. Even without access to Accurat! Set up an alert with the frequency you define & they get their periodic dose of insights freshly delivered to their inbox.
You will like our graphs, but sometimes that is not enough. You want just the graph or be able to export the data & continue drilling down in your tool of preference. We have made it possible to export every single graph, table or view into a .CSV, .XLSX or .PNG format.
Although we do our very best to make everything as comprehensible and user friendly as possible, we understand it can be a bit overwhelming. With every contract comes 1 or more hours a month to support you in your questions so you never have to feel limited.

Do you offer a free trial?

We offer a free personalized report to which you can subscribe below. You'll be able to explore a limited version of our insights tailored to your brand.

Can I get started right away?

Hell yeah! Since we have a large backlog of historical data there's no need for sales, survey or any other form of data from your side. We can get started in no time!

How can I access Accurat's insights?

You can access our data & insights through our dashboards. From your end there is no IT setup required. However all our insights are exportable via multiple formats from within the platform.

Who can access the dashboard?

We have a company-wide user policy. Who gets access, within your company is entirely up to you with no user count limit.

Do I pay monthly, quarterly or yearly?

All Accurat contracts are designed for a one year commitment since we found this give you the best time to be succesfull with our tools. Payment is usually monthly but can be organised yearly (with financial rebate).

Are there any setup or hidden fees?

Rest assured our offer couldn't be more transparent. You get what your pay for. Initial setup costs on our part are spread out over the duration of the contract and included in the monthly pricing.

Can I share data or reports outside my organization?

Absolutely! We provide you with insights on your brand, your competitors and your relevant audiences. You can export data however you please (generate PDF's, export CSV's, cut & paste, e-mail reports..)

Can I upgrade or downgrade / switch plans?

Obviously yes! We have a basic offering with brand, audience and market insights. If you need insights on a local level or want to analyse OOH or door-to-door campaigns we can set you up in no time. You only pay for the insights you need.

Does your offer include support?

Once we partner up you will be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager. We offer 2 hours of monthly support in our paid contracts included which does not require an additional fee. If more support is needed, for ad-hoc questions, we make you a personalised offer.
