We are looking for our first Growth Marketer to both increase our brand awareness and generate a constant influx of new leads (inbound) as well as grow our outbound processes in a smart way.

Along with the team based in the Gent HQ your goal is to strategize and drive revenue through organic & paid channels.

What's on the table? 

• Support Business Development through inbound campaigns;
• Lead the content development efforts together with the team and external partners (when required) to produce top notch conversion tools;
• Build out and improve marketing & sales automation processes and integrate with our CRM; (❤️️ Hubspot)
• Develop a deep understanding of customers & our value proposition;
• Grow our owned and paid distribution channels, including newsletters, podcast, social media, PR and website/blog;
• Streamline all marketing, outbound and inbound efforts to align them with our sales agenda making sure to push the right buttons of our target audience with every 'campaign' we run;
• Track and analyze the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns and optimize them on the basis of data-driven insights;
• Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline & revenue;
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead generation campaigns are aligned;

What we are looking for? 

• You have a degree in marketing or relevant experience
• You understand advertising (Paid search, Paid Social, …) and educate yourself continuously on new methods of advertising
• You're eager to learn about location technology and the retail industry
• You don't mind to work hard, reach goals and catch a deadline
• You want to go fast, go all the way and enjoy the fact tomorrow might be completely different from today
• You're Fluent in Dutch & English, speaking French is a plus
• Prior startup experience is a plus, having grown a startup (together) a major asset
• Always look for further optimization/scalability/automation, and never accept the status quo
• A performance marketer in mind and a dare-devil in heart! We love creativity and are open to testing out your ideas.
